Cerebral Palsy Assessment and Treatment Clinic

The Clinic offers assessment and treatment of children with Cerebral Palsy. The Clinic team includes doctors who assess the children’s disability, Physiotherapists, Speech and Feeding Therapists, Occupational Therapists, an Interpreter and a social worker. The Clinic runs an Outreach Program delivering vital assessment, treatment, counselling and training services to various communities.  The Outreach program currently operates in eight areas along with one satellite Clinic.  Areas of operation include Khayelitsha, Mitchells Plain, Guguletu, Bonteheuwel, Crossroads, Claremont and Milnerton and the Satellite Clinic operates in Kraaifontein serving the Wallacedene, Scottsdene and Bloekombos informal settlement areas.
