Cerebral Palsy Centre
The school at the Cerebral Palsy Centre continues to provide a supportive and educative environment for children and their families affected by cerebral palsy. Due to an increased demand for such onsite support and the identified need to provide physiotherapy and educative support for younger children so as to maximise the interventions that can be made as early as possible, we have started a daycare facility at the school for an additional 6 children. We currently therefore have 27 pupils at the school supported by 2 special needs teachers, 5 teacher assistants, a physiotherapist, 2 community based rehabilitation workers, a part-time occupational therapist and speech therapist.
